摘 要:四川大水沟碲矿床是世界首例独立碲矿床。本文通过对矿石手标本及光薄片镜下观察,结合X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)及电子探针(EPMA)分析,并对原矿中的碲铋矿物进行原生粒度统计,最终确定了矿石的物质组成、结构构造、主要元素赋存状态以及碲铋矿物的工艺粒度。结果表明,矿石组构类型多样,浸染状白云石型矿石是矿床的主体部分。最主要的碲矿物为辉碲铋矿和楚碲铋矿,二者相加含量约占矿物总量的6%。绝大部分Te、Bi元素以独立矿物形式赋存于辉碲铋矿和楚碲铋矿中,少量赋存于其他碲的独立矿物中,如硫碲铋矿、碲铋矿等,其余以类质同像的形式赋存于其他金属矿物中。辉碲铋矿和楚碲铋矿的原生粒度主要集中在1~2.36 mm与+0.075 mm两个粒级中,粒度范围较宽,属于粗粒不均匀矿石,难以确定合适的磨矿粒度,应根据实际情况采用阶段磨矿,多段分选。由于矿石中存在大量白云石,磨矿细度不宜过细。Dashuigou tellurium deposit in Sichuan Province is the first independent tellurium deposit in the world.In this paper,through the observation of ore specimen and thin sectionunder microscope,combined with X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF)and electron probe microanalysis(EPMA),and finally determined the material composition,ore structure,main element existing state and technological particle size of tellurium bismuth mineral.The results show that the fabric and type of ore are various,and disseminated dolomite type ore is the main part of the deposit.The main tellurium bearing bismuth minerals are bismuth telluride and bismuth chutellurite,with an average total content of about 6%.Te and Bi are abundant in the two independent minerals,a small amount in other independent tellurium and bismuth minerals,and a very small amount in other metallic and non-metallic minerals in the form of isomorphism.The primary grain size of bismuth telluride and bismuth telluride is mainly concentrated in the size range of 1~2.36 mm and+0.075mm,which belongs to coarse-grained heterogeneous ore.It is difficult to determine the appropriate grinding particle size.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt stage grinding and multi-stage separation according to the actual situation.Because the ore contains a large amount of dolomite,the grinding fineness should not be too fine.
