摘 要:为综合回收二次资源,对冶炼废弃渣进行实验研究。渣中金品位为587.15 g/t,银品位为7.80%,具有较高的回收价值。实验采用磨矿-预先筛分-快速浮选-常规浮选新工艺,磨矿细度-74μm 90%,采用154μm隔筛预先筛分,快速浮选条件为硫化钠用量为500 g/t,硫酸铜用量为200 g/t,戊基黄药用量为100 g/t,酯11用量为50 g/t。闭路实验最终可获得金品位为1180.96 g/t,金回收率为94.21%,含银品位15.76%,银回收率94.81%的总精矿,可实现废弃渣的综合利用。In order to recover the secondary resources synthetically,the experimental study was carried out on the smelting waste slag.The gold grade in slag is 587.15 g/t,and the silver grade is 7.80%.The new technology of grinding-pre-screening-rapid flotation-conventional flotation was used,And with the grinding fineness-74μm content accounts for 90%,the 100 mesh screen is used for pre-screening.The conditions of rapid flotation was 500 g/t of sodium sulfide,200 g/t of copper sulfate,100 g/t of amyl xanthate and 50 g/t of ester 11.The gold grade is 1180.96 g/t,the gold recovery rate is 94.21%,the silver grade is 15.76%,the silver recovery rate is 94.81%of closed-circuit test,and comprehensive utilization of waste slag is realized.
