摘  要:生球团的爆裂温度对球团冶炼过程具有重要的影响。本文以微细粒级钛精矿为研究对象,通过对不同粘结剂的配比、成型压力、水分含量控制的研究,来提高生球团的爆裂温度。实验研究表明:有机粘结剂用量0.3%,膨润土配比0.6%的情况下,生球团爆裂温度可提高到950℃以上;当球团水分控制在4%以内时,球团爆裂温度可提高到900℃以上;适当地降低成型压力,生球爆裂温度得到明显提高,当成型压力为5 MPa时,生球团爆裂温度可提高到800℃。The burst temperature of the green pellets has an important influence on the pellet smelting process.In this paper,microfine grained titanium concentrate is taken as the research object,and the temperature of spheroidal burst is increased by studying the ratio,forming pressure and water content control of different binders.The results of the test study show that,the bursting temperature of the green pellet can be increased to above 950℃ when the amount of organic binder is 0.3% and the ratio of bentonite is 0.6%.The pellet burst temperature can be increased to more than 900℃ when the pellet moisture is controlled within 4%.The molding pressure is appropriately reduced,and the bursting temperature of the green ball is also significantly improved.When the molding pressure is 5 MPa,the green pellet bursting temperature is 800℃.
