摘　　要：农村土地资本化作为"三权分置"制度的实践形式之一,旨在提高微观农户的福利水平。论文阐释了"三权分置"与农村土地资本化运作的经济关系与运作逻辑,基于农户调研数据,运用倾向得分匹配法(PSM),检验了农村土地资本化对土地租出户和租入户福利影响。结果表明,从农户参与农村土地资本化的诱因看,年龄、受教育程度、农业技术和农业补贴变量对租入户产生积极影响,而租出户参与土地资本化的关键要素与家庭承包土地面积、土地租金、非农就业机会等有关。从净福利的增加值看,农村土地资本化可以显著增加租入户的福利水平,而租出户的福利水平增加相对不明显。推进农地资本化有序发展,要从着重培育有能力懂技术的"职业农民"、对生产领域农业补贴要有倾向性、创立土地产权交易平台方面着力。As one of the practical forms of the"three rights division"system,farmland capitalization aims to improve the benefit level of farmers. This paper theoretically explains the economic relationship and operation logic between"three rights division"and farmland capitalization,and based on the survey data of farmer households,applies the propensity score matching method( PSM) to test the impact of farmland capitalization on the benefit of renters and tenants. The results show that,from the perspective of the incentives for farmers to participate in the farmland capitalization,the variables of age,education level,agricultural technology and agricultural subsidies have a positive impact on tenants,and the key factors for renters to participate in farmland capitalization are related to the area of household contracted land,land rent and non-agricultural employment opportunities. From the perspective of the added value of net benefit,the farmland capitalization can significantly increase the benefit level of tenants,while the increase of the benefit level of renters is relatively insignificant. To promote the orderly development of farmland capitalization,we should focus on cultivating"professional farmers"with ability and understanding of technology,have a tendency to subsidize agriculture in the field of production,and establish a platform for trading land property rights.
