摘 要:博士后科研人员作为高校一流科研成果的重要产出者、一流教师队伍的有力支撑、一流博士发展的重要出口,在“双一流”建设中应得到各方的高度重视。为促进博士后创新型人才在“双一流”建设中发挥更重要的作用,在“双一流”建设背景下,以中国矿业大学(北京)博士后管理实践为例,回顾了中国矿业大学(北京)博士后工作站建设现状,总结了该校博士后从入站到出站的全过程中博士后培养管理中存在的问题,并从博士后日常管理、考核激励体系、科研平台建设、国际化以及服务保障等方面提出相应的解决策略,为矿业类博士后的培养路径提供参考。As significant producers of first-class scientific research results,an important support for the first-class professors in universities,and an essential export for the development of first-class doctors,post-doctoral researchers should be highly valued by all parties in the construction of“double first-class”.In order to promote post-doctoral innovative talents to play a more important role in the construction of“double first-class”,under the background of“double first-class”construction,taking the postdoctoral management practice of China University of Mining and Technology(Beijing)as an example,reviewing the current status of the construction of postdoctoral workstation,and then summarizing the problems in the management of postdoctoral training from inbound to outbound,finally proposing strategies to solve them in terms of daily management,assessment and incentive systems,research platform construction,internationalization and service guarantee,so as to provide reference for the cultivation path of postdoctoral training in mining industry.
