全自动淘洗精选机在马坑铁矿的应用

摘　　要：马坑铁矿采选生产规模由100万t/a分阶段扩能形成年处理能力达300万t的三个并列磨磁生产系统,精选作业曾经使用过筒式磁选机、磁选柱两种设备,生产铁精矿平均品位在63.5%左右。为了满足500万t的选矿处理能力,选矿厂通过引进高压辊磨预选工艺将选矿处理能力在原有300万t的基础上提高到500万t,截至2019年5月中旬井下500万t技改正式投产,选矿厂处理能力也达到500万t/a。选矿达产后选矿厂于2020年通过淘洗机和磁选柱工业试验对比后,精选作业选择全自动淘洗精选机作为精选设备。生产实践表明:全自动淘洗精选机的使用可以确保马坑铁矿选矿获得铁精矿平均品位达到65%以上。The mining and dressing production scale of Makeng iron mine has been expanded in stages from 1 million tons/year to form three parallel grinding and magnetic production systems with an annual processing capacity of 3 million tons.Two types of equipment are used for concentrating selection,and the average grade of iron concentrate produced is about 63.5%.In order to meet the processing capacity of 5 million tons of mineral processing,the beneficiation plant has increased the processing capacity of mineral processing to 5 million tons from the original 3 million tons by introducing a high-pressure roller mill pre-selection process.As of mid-May 2019,the underground 5 million tons of technical transformation has been officially upgraded.Put into production,the processing capacity of the concentrator has reached 5 million tons/year.After the beneficiation reached production capacity,the beneficiation plant passed the industrial test comparison between the elutriation machine and the magnetic separation column in 2020,the automatic elutriation and selection machine is selected as the selection equipment for the selection operation.Production practice shows that the use of the fully automatic elutriation and concentrator can ensure that the average grade of iron concentrate obtained from the Makeng iron mine beneficiation reaches more than 65%.
