摘　　要：为了解决矿产资源生产过程中产生的工业废水,降低生产废水的固体含量,减少能源的消耗,保护生态环境,本文设计了一套絮凝剂制备与自动投加控制系统。该系统通过在国内某大型铜矿精尾综合厂工业水处理站的应用,验证了该套系统在选冶行业具有良好的应用前景。In order to solve the industrial wastewater produced in the production of mineral resources,reduce the solid content of production wastewater,reduce energy consumption and protect the ecological environment,a set of flocculant preparation and automatic dosing control system is designed in this paper.Through the application of the system in the industrial water treatment station of a large copper mine fine tail comprehensive plant in China,it is verified that the system has a good application prospect in the beneficiation and metallurgy industry.
