摘 要:金的赋存状态和工艺矿物学特性是提高金回收率的根本因素。青海某氰渣浮选尾矿中金品位偏高,达3.2 g/t,损失严重。为查明金损失的原因,利用BPMA-SEM-EDS等手段对尾矿进行了深入的研究。结果表明:金矿物种类相对简单,主要为自然金,含少量银金矿;金矿物的嵌布粒度微细,绝大多数嵌布粒度在5μm以下;裸露金占有率为15.26%,包裹金占有率为84.11%,且绝大多数被黄铁矿包裹;样品中存在少量砷酸盐类矿物,可能会影响金的浸出。研究结果说明,提高磨矿细度和适当延长浸出时间,有利于金的浸出;通过浮选富集黄铁矿可以富集金,再进一步细磨,有利于金的进一步回收;重视脱除砷的影响,有利于提高金的浸出指标。The occurrence state and process mineralogical characteristics of gold are the fundamental factors to improve gold recovery.The gold grade in a cyanide residue flotation tailings in Qinghai is high,up to 3.2 g/t,the loss is serious.In order to find out the cause of gold loss,the tailings are deeply studied by means of BPMA-SEM-EDS.The results show that the types of gold deposits are relatively simple,mainly natural gold,with a small amount of silver gold.The embedded particle size of gold ore is fine,and most of the embedded particle size is less than 5 microns.The percentage of bare gold is 15.26%,and that of wrapped gold is 84.11%,and most of them are wrapped by pyrite.There is a small amount of arsenate minerals in the sample,which may affect the leaching of gold.The results show that increasing grinding fineness and appropriately prolonging leaching time are conducive to gold leaching.The enrichment of pyrite by flotation can enrich gold,and then further fine grinding is conducive to the further recovery of gold.Paying attention to the effect of arsenic removal is conducive to improve the leaching index of gold.
