摘  要:以河北司家营露天矿场为对象,研究数码雷管精准延期的深孔露天微差爆破,提出可增大爆破效果、减少爆破振动危害的微差爆破网络,并利用非线性动力分析软件LS-DYNA模拟4种不同方案的露天深孔微差爆破。结果表明:采用菱形布孔,孔间间隔单炮孔爆破地震波的半周期,S型串联起爆顺序的微差爆破网络,在水平距离起爆点3~18 m处,比原矿场爆破方案下的有效应力增大24.8%;在水平距离爆源25~200 m处,比原矿场爆破方案在X方向爆破振速峰值减小,即降低了爆破振动危害。模拟结果对类似露天深孔爆破工程设计及实践具有一定的参考意义。Taking Hebei Sijiaying open pit mine as the object,this paper studies the deep hole open pit millisecond blasting with accurate delay of digital detonator,puts forward the millisecond blasting network which can increase the blasting effect and reduce the harm of blasting vibration,and uses the nonlinear dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA to simulate four different open pit deep hole millisecond blasting schemes.The results show that the millisecond blasting network with diamond hole arrangement,interval between holes,half period of single hole blasting seismic wave and S-type series initiation sequence increases the effective stress by 24.8%compared with the original mine blasting scheme at the horizontal distance of 3-18 m from the initiation point.At a horizontal distance of 25-200 m from the blasting source,the peak value of blasting vibration velocity in X direction is reduced compared with the original mine blasting scheme,that is,the harm of blasting vibration is reduced.The simulation results have certain reference significance for the design and practice of similar open-pit deep hole blasting engineering.
