摘  要:青海某低品位硫化铅锌矿中Pb品位3.04%、Zn品位1.61%,主要金属矿物为方铅矿、闪锌矿、黄铁矿,脉石矿物主要是石英、高岭石、方解石等。有价矿物之间嵌布关系复杂,磁黄铁矿含量偏高,浮选分离难度较大。本试验采用铅、锌顺序优先浮选流程,磨矿细度-0.074 mm占70%,用ZnSO_(4)抑制锌、乙黄药作为捕收剂优选浮铅,铅浮选尾矿加入CuSO_(4)活化、丁黄药作为捕收剂再浮锌,铅、锌粗精矿分别经过二次精选提质,最终得到铅精矿含Pb 56.76%、铅回收率为95.73%;锌精矿含Zn 30.72%、锌回收率为82.54%。In a low-grade lead-zinc sulfide ore in Qinghai,the lead grade is 3.04%and the zinc grade is 1.61%,the main metal minerals are galena,sphalerite and pyrite,Gangue minerals are mainly quartz,kaolinite,calcite,etc.Flotation separation is difficult because the embedding relationship between valuable minerals is complex and the content of pyrrhotite is high.In a process of“selective floatation of lead and zinc”,the grinding fineness is—0.074mm 70%,ZnSO_(4)is used to inhibit zinc and ethyl xanthate as collector to optimize lead flotation,the lead flotation tailings are activated by adding CuSO_(4)and butyl xanthate as collector to float zinc.By two cleaning improving quality of crude lead and zinc,the lead concentrate with 56.76%Pb and the lead recovery is 95.73%;and the zinc concentrate with 30.72%Zn and the zinc recovery is 82.54%,are respectively obtained.
