一种油井防蜡剂的研制与应用

摘　　要：原油在采出过程中,由于温度和压力的变化,部分固相析出,附着在油管内壁,其主要成分为石蜡、沥青、胶质和泥沙等杂质的混合物,称为油井结蜡,油井结蜡影响油井的产量,严重时堵塞油管造成油井停产。本文针对常规清蜡剂清蜡效果较差的油井研制了一种防蜡药剂,并对其开展了性能评价,针对不同油井油样室内试验。结果表明,该药剂防蜡率达60%以上,析蜡点降低6℃,黏度降低率达90%以上,现场应用结果表明,该防蜡剂起到了较好的防蜡效果。During the production process of crude oil,due to the change of temperature and pressure,part of the solid phase precipitates and adheres to the inner wall of the oil pipe.Its main component is a mixture of impurities such as paraffin,asphalt,colloid and sediment,which is called oil well wax deposition.Oil well wax deposition affects the output of the oil well.In serious cases,the oil pipe is blocked,resulting in oil well shutdown.In this paper,an anti wax agent is developed for oil wells with poor wax removal effect of conventional wax remover,and its performance is evaluated.Laboratory tests are carried out on oil samples from different oil wells.The results show that the wax control rate of the agent is more than 60%,the wax precipitation point is reduced by 6℃,and the viscosity is reduced by more than 90%.The field application results show that the wax control agent has a good wax control effect.
