摘　　要：晋能控股集团紫金矿通过分析现有炮掘技术,得到了影响巷道掘进速度的主观因素和客观因素。在此基础上,设置矸石仓,采用侧卸式装岩机、优化施工组织等,提高了6煤轨道下山的掘进速度,日最大进尺为4.5 m,且巷道断面稳定,收缩率小,取得了较好的掘进效果。By analyzing the existing gunnery technology,Zijin Mine of Jinneng Holding Group obtained the subjective and objective factors affecting the speed of roadway digging.On this basis,setting gangue bin,adopting side discharge rock loader and optimizing construction organization improved the mining speed of 6 coal track downhill with a maximum daily mining of 4.5 m.Moreover,the roadway section was stable and the shrinkage rate was small,which achieved better results.
