摘 要:针对复杂条件下大断面切巷在施工时,开口难度大、顶板支护质量差、掘进效率及安全系数低等技术难题,二景煤矿通过技术研究,对切巷原施工工艺及主要存在的问题进行分析,对15205切巷施工工艺进行优化,采取“大断面一次性成巷、小断面扩帮”施工工艺,并采取合理有效安全支护措施。应用效果表明,优化后施工工艺加快了大断面切巷施工效率,降低了切巷煤矸运输难度,采用安全支护技术后,提高了切巷顶板稳定性,取得了显著应用成效。In view of the technical problems such as difficult opening,poor quality of roof support,low digging efficiency and safety coefficient during the construction of large section cuttings under complex conditions,the original construction process and main problems of the cuttings through technical research were analyzed in Erjing Mine and the construction process of 15205 roadway adopting the construction process of"one-time formation of large section and expansion of small section"was made.The practical application showed that the optimized construction technology speeded up the large section cutting construction efficiency,reduced the difficulty of coal gangue transportation cutting roadway,the use of safety support technology was adopted to improve the stability of the cutting roadway roof,achieved significant application results.
