摘 要:针对司马矿1211工作面在回采期间频繁出现上隅角瓦斯超限现象,导致工作面回采速度慢、上隅角瓦斯治理难度大、治理效果差等技术难题,司马矿通风部分析了工作面在前期回采过程中上隅角瓦斯治理现状、瓦斯超限原因,并根据生产实际情况,提出了“安装L型堵风装置+采空区埋管+布置高位裂隙钻孔”等综合治理技术,通过对比分析发现,工作面上隅角采取瓦斯综合治理技术后,上隅角瓦斯浓度控制在0.4%以下,取得了显著应用成效。Aiming at the technical difficulties such as the frequent occurrence of gas overrun in the upper corner of 1211 working face of Sima Mine during the recovery period,which led to the slow recovery speed of the working face,the difficulty of gas control in the upper corner and the poor effect of control,the ventilation department and the current situation of gas control in the upper corner of the working face during the early recovery process and the reasons of gas overrun were analyzed,and"Installing L-type wind plugging device+buried pipe in mining area+arranging high fissure drill hole"and other comprehensive management technology were put forward,through comparison and analysis,it was found that after adopting comprehensive gas management technology in the upper corner of the working face,the gas concentration in the upper corner was controlled below 0.4%,which achieved remarkable application results.
