摘  要:焦化企业化产粗苯回收工序富油脱苯系统是通过蒸馏方式回收煤气中苯类物质的设备。洗苯、脱苯热负荷的平衡直接影响着粗苯系统的稳定运行,煤气温度、贫油温度、富油温度系统控制不均衡,极易造成能耗增加,废水产生量增大。通过工艺系统优化及热负荷调整,达到系统最佳状态,提高了能源利用率、实现经济效益最大化。The oil-rich anti-benzene recycling system was completed by the equipment to recycle benzene substances in gas by distillation.The stable operation of crude benzene system was affected directly by the balance of benzene washing and benzene heat load.The control of gas temperature,poor oil temperature and oil-rich temperature system was unbalanced,which is easy to increase energy consumption and wastewater production.Through process systerm optimization and heat load adjustment,the best state of the energy utilization rate is improved and the economic benefit is maximized.
