对乙酰氨基酚酰化料液结晶处理方法的技术研究

摘  要:针对在结晶反应过程中,由于酰化料液的温度达到130℃,而结晶罐的温度较低,如果高温的酰化料液遇到温差相差较大的结晶罐壁或者底部,会出现酰化料液因激冷而在罐壁结晶或者底部结块的现象,造成产品的整体结晶晶型不符合要求,并且结晶罐壁或者其底部也会因受到剧烈的热冲击而容易出现爆瓷现象。经过研究,在酰化料液加入结晶罐之前,向结晶罐内加入200~300 L的稀醋酸(来源于对乙酰氨基酚生产过程中酰化反应的采酸过程所收集到的副产酸)作为铺底酸。稀醋酸浓度约为45%~50%;加入铺底酸后利用高温蒸汽对结晶罐进行预热,直到结晶罐预热到达规定温度;一般情况下,结晶罐预热到60~80℃即可。Because the temperature of acylation liquid reached 130℃in the process of crystallization reaction,the temperature of crystallization tank was low,if the acylated liquid at high temperature in case of crystallization tank wall or bottom with large temperature difference,acylated feed liquid would appear agglomeration on the wall or bottom of crystallization tank due to chilling,the overall crystal form of the product does not meet the requirements,and the crystallization tank wall or its bottom it was also prone to porcelain explosion due to severe thermal shock.After research,before acylation feed liquid was added to crystallization tank,add 200~300 L of dilute acetic acid to the crystallization tank(It comes from dilute acetic acid in the production of acetaminophen by product acid collected during acid extraction of acylation reaction)as bedding acid.The concentration of dilute acetic acid was 45%~50%.After adding the bottom acid,preheat the crystallization tank with high-temperature steam,until the crystallization tank was preheated to the specified temperature;Generally,the crystallization tank can be preheated to 60~80℃.
