摘　　要：《党政机关公文处理工作条例》第十九条规定,公文起草应当做到表述准确、文字精炼。语言表达是公文写作者的核心能力,公文写作的语言运用要遵循目的原则、语境原则和信息原则,谋篇布局务求体现缜密的逻辑思维,围绕规范化进行遣词造句。Article 19 of the regulations on the handling of official documents of Party and government organs stipulates that the drafting of official documents should be accurate and concise.Language expression is the core competence of document writers.The language use of document writing should follow the purpose principle,context principle and information principle,plan the layout,reflect careful logical thinking,and choose words and sentences around standardization.
