摘　　要：“胡焕庸线”(爱辉—腾冲人口分界线)是气候-地形-生产方式综合要素影响下的一种反映,其生态背景是农牧分界线。基于前人对于农牧交错带的划分,结合行政管理单元以便于相关政策制定,按照县域单元划定了爱辉—腾冲生态脆弱带(简称“胡焕庸带”)边界。通过对“胡焕庸带”的生态状况分析,结果表明:1)“胡焕庸带”是在自然与人文要素双重作用下具有农牧交错生态脆弱带特征;2)“胡焕庸带”是我国生态系统类型和人类开发活动的过渡带,对生态保护、修复、规划、管理等具有重要的意义;3)“胡焕庸带”地区具有重要的生态战略以及生态敏感性,目前生态保护工作已逐步加强;4)要进一步加强不同区域不同类型的针对性生态保护。“胡焕庸带”西部的湿地、“胡焕庸带”中草地、森林等生态类型保护均需要加大力度。“Hu Huanyong Line”(Aihui-Tengchong Population Demarcation Line)is a reflection under the influence of comprehensive factors of climate,terrain and production mode,and its ecological background is the demarcation line between agriculture and animal husbandry.Based on the classification of farming-pastoral ecotone by predecessors and combined with administrative management units for the purpose of making relevant policies,this paper delimits the boundary of Aihui-Tengchong ecological fragile zone(referred to as“Hu Huanyong Zone”in this paper)according to county units.Through the analysis of the ecological status of“Hu Huanyong Zone”,the results show that:(1)“Hu Huanyong Zone”is a fragile zone of agriculture and animal husbandry under the dual action of natural and human factors.(2)“Hu Huanyong Zone”is a transitional zone of ecosystem types and human development activities in China,which is of great significance to ecological protection,restoration,planning and management.(3)The“Hu Huanyong Zone”has important ecological strategy and ecological sensitivity,and the ecological protection work has been gradually strengthened.(4)Targeted ecological protection of different types in different regions should be further strengthened.The protection of wetland in the west of the“Hu Huanyong Zone”and grassland,forest and other ecological types in the“Hu Huanyong Zone”need to be strengthened.
