摘 要:七水硫酸亚铁,简称绿矾,是硫酸法钛白粉生产过程中的主要副产物,现阶段企业多作为含铁饲料的生产原料。为提高亚铁利用率,采用湿法转晶工艺脱除存在于七水硫酸亚铁中的结晶水和游离水。以转晶时间、Fe^(2+)转晶浓度、硫酸浓度和Fe^(3+)浓度为单因素;以产品纯度和收率为指标,优化一水硫酸亚铁湿法转晶过程的工艺参数。结果表明:最佳转晶时间3 h、Fe^(2)+转晶浓度15%、硫酸浓度为4%-5%、Fe^(3+)浓度为1.5%,在此条件下,转晶收率大于71.45%,平均粒径介于125.05μm-169.226μm。该结论可为实际工业生产提供理论依据和指导。Ferrous sulfate heptahydrate,referred to as green alum,is the main by-product in the production process of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid method.At present,enterprises are mostly used as raw materials for the production of iron-containing feed in order to improve the utilization rate of ferrous,using wet process to remove the crystallization water and free water in ferrous sulfate heptahydrate with the crystallization time Fe^(2+) crystallization concentration.With the concentration of sulfuric acid and Fe^(3+) as the single factor and the product purity and yield as the index,the technological parameters of the wet conversion process of ferrous sulfate monohydrate were optimized.The results show that the optimal crystallization time is 3 hour,the concentration of Fe^(2+) is 15%,the concentration of sulfuric acid is 4%-5%,and the concentration of Fe^(3+) is 1.5%.Under these conditions,the yield of ferrous sulfate monohydrate is greater than 71.45%,and the average particle size is between 125.05μm-169.226μm.The conclusion can provide theoretical basis and guidance for practical industrial production.
