摘 要:介绍了通过对RKEF匹配AOD冶炼不锈钢的缓冲装备技术进行研究,分析RKEF+AOD双联法不锈钢冶炼工艺特点,对该不锈钢新型冶炼工艺设计和运行周期匹配计算,对EAF电炉、小型中频炉和大型中频炉工艺比较,得出大型中频炉可使铁合金和废钢在不锈钢冶炼工艺上更加灵活,同时获得高合金收得率、提高AOD炉冶炼效率以及降低能耗的效果。It studies the buffering equipment technology of RKEF matching AOD smelting stainless steel, analyzes the characteristics of RKEF+AOD duplex stainless steel smelting process, designs a new stainless steel smelting process and makes a matching calculation on operation cycle and compares the EAF, small-scale medium frequency furnace and large-scale medium frequency furnace process. It is concluded that large-scale medium frequency furnace can make ferroalloy and scrap more flexible in stainless steel smelting process, meanwhile, obtain high alloy recovery efficiency, improve the smelting efficiency of AOD furnace and reduce energy consumption.
