摘 要:生态流量是河流生态服务功能得到保障的最小流量。乌江梯级9座水电站均以发电防洪为主,水电站生态流量的保障成为了紧急而重要的课题。笔者阐述了乌江梯级水电站生态流量在线监测及实时预警功能开发背景和开发方案设计,通过应用HTML编写页面源代码并搭建监视画面平台、应用Python编写程序提取实时数据,并植入逻辑报警算法,实现乌江梯级水电站生态流量数据的实时监测和报警画面的智能推送。该功能在类似的梯级水电站生态流量保障中具有普遍的推广应用价值。Ecological flow is the minimum flow that ensures the ecological service function of the river.The nine hydropower stations in Wujiang Cascade are mainly for power generation and flood control.The protection of ecological flow of hydropower stations has become an urgent and important topic.The author expounds the development background and development scheme design of ecological flow on line monitoring and real-time warning function of Wujiang Cascade Hydropower Stations.By using HTML to write page source code and build a monitoring screen platform Python programming is used to extract real-time data and logic alarm algorithm is implanted to realize real-time monitoring of ecological flow data and intelligent push of alarm screen of Wujiang Cascade Hydropower Stations.This function has universal popularization and application value in ecological flow guarantee of similar cascade hydropower stations.
