摘　　要：为了及时消除立轴水轮发电机组接力器存在的重大安全隐患,在C级检修态不吊出转子和上、下机架的情况下,通过前期设备调研选型、严格施工工艺、结合现场实际自制机具等方面的管理创新,安全高效完成接力器改造,消除了安全隐患。自接力器改造后、运行以来,没有发生漏油,各项功能及指标满足要求。该改造提高了设备的可靠性,为同类型机组主要设备改造提供了实践性、指导性的方法。In order to eliminate the major safety hazards existing in the servomotor of vertical shaft hydroelectric unit in time the servomotor transformation has been completed safely and efficiently without suspending the rotor and the upper and lower brackets in the C class maintenance state through management innovation in early-stage equipment research and selection strict construction process and combining with actual homemade machine tools on site thus eliminating the safety hazards.There is no oil leakage and all functions and indexes meet the requirements since the transformation and operation of the servomotor.This transformation improves the reliability of the equipment and provides a practical and guiding method for the transformation of the main equipment of the same type of unit.
