摘 要:为改善空心砌块砌体的抗剪性能,提出一种新型空心砌块,采用该新型空心砌块砌筑的墙体可形成带键齿的水平灰缝。水平荷载作用下,键齿与砌块相互咬合,所产生的销栓力可有效提高砌体抗剪强度。为验证此新型空心砌块砌体的基本力学性能,本文分别进行了抗剪强度试验和抗压强度试验,并探讨了砌块凹槽深度和键齿率对砌体基本力学性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,100%键齿率和10mm~20mm砌块凹槽深度是最稳定和最优的新型空心砌块砌体施工技术参数,相应砌体的综合力学性能最佳。In order to improve the shear performance of hollow concrete block masonry walls,a new type of hollow concrete block was proposed.The wall constructed with the new type of hollow concrete block can form a mortar bedding joint with a keyway.Under the action of horizontal load,the keyway and the blocks are interlocked with each other,and the generated pin bolt force can effectively improve the shear strength of the masonry wall.In this paper,the shear strength test and compressive strength test were performed to verify the basic mechanical properties of this new type of hollow concrete block,and the influences of the block groove depth and keyway ratio on the mechanical properties were discussed.The results show that 100%keyway ratio and groove depth of 10mm~20mm are the most stable and optimal construction technical parameters of the new hollow concrete block,and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the masonry wall are the best.
