某单向壁板连接的钢筋混凝土群仓设计

摘  要:小直径钢筋混凝土群仓中的星仓仓容较小,不利于生产和管理。为了扩大星仓仓容,获得较高的经济效益,本工程设计了一种新型的群仓:筒仓之间一个方向采用外圆相切连接,另一个方向采用壁板连接。由于此种仓型暂无设计规范,本文采用SAP2000有限元软件进行分析计算。分析结果表明:单向壁板连接的筒仓不能采用单仓设计结果;单向壁板需要按偏心受拉构件和轴心受拉构件包络设计;单向壁板连接的群仓能够满足“小震不坏,大震不倒”的抗震设防标准。本文的分析成果可以为此种特殊群仓的设计和推广提供参考。The capacity of the interstice silos in small diameter reinforced concrete group silos is small,which is not conducive to production and management.In order to expand the storage capacity of the interstice silos and produce higher economic benefits,a new type of group silos was designed in this project:the cylindri cal tangent connection was adopted in one direction,and the wall connection was adopted in the other direction.Because there was no design code for this kind of group silos,the SAP2000 finite element software was used in this paper.The results showed that:the calculation results of group silos with oneway walls connection are not equivalent to silo;the oneway walls should be designed according to the envelope of eccentric tension members and axial tension members;the group silos with oneway walls connection can satisfy the seismic precautionary criterion of“no damage under minor earthquake,no collapsing under major earthquake”.The analysis results of this paper could provide reference for the design and promotion of this kind of group silos.
