摘 要:鞍式支座广泛应用于自承式给水钢管桥结构中,《自承式给水钢管跨越结构设计规程》中对鞍式支座处的管道环向弯矩给出了相应计算系数,但并未给出其计算假定。根据现有规范理论公式计算得出的管道弯矩相比经验值往往偏大,从而导致在设计中选用较大的钢管壁厚而造成工程浪费。本文对规范中的理论公式进行了研究,推导出其支座边缘固定的边界条件假定,针对实际工程应用的新型鞍式支座形式,根据文克勒地基假定给出了管道环向弯矩计算的理论公式及相应系数,研究发现新型支座形式在特定支承角条件下能显著减小管道内力。Saddle support is widely used in self-sustaining steel pipe bridges.The annular bending moment coefficients of steel pipe with saddle support are provided in Design specification for self-sustaining longitudinally over-crossing structure of steel pipe of water supply,while the calculation assumption isn’t provided.According to current theoretical formula of the specification,the pipe bending moment is often larger than experience reference,which resulted in larger pipe thickness and waste in project.The theoretical formula in the specification was studied in this paper,the boundary condition assumption of fixed support edge was infered.Aim at new type of saddle support,which was applicable to practical projects,the theoretical formula and coefficients of annular bending moment were obtained according to Winkler foundation assumption.It was found that the new type of saddle support reduced pipe stress significantly in certain conditions of support angle.
