大口径球墨铸铁管在南水北调配套工程中的应用

摘　　要：大兴支线工程是南水北调北京市配套工程的一部分,本文介绍了大兴支线工程管材选定、管道结构设计及安装施工等主要内容。该工程采用DN2400球墨铸铁管,是我国使用K2型接口形式口径最大的球墨铸铁管应用项目。文章重点阐述了K2型接口的结构形式以及其组件安装施工情况及质量控制要点,为大口径球墨铸铁管在类似工程的应用提供借鉴参考。Daxing branch line project is a part of Beijing supporting project of South-to-North W ater Transfer Project.In this paper,the main contents such as pipe selection,pipe structure design and installation construction of Daxing branch line project were introduced.This project adopts DN2400 ductile iron pipe,which is the largest application project of ductile iron pipe with K2 interface in China.The structural form of K2 interface,installation and construction of its components and key points of quality control were emphatically expounded in this article,which could provide reference for the application of large diameter ductile iron pipes in similar projects.
