摘　　要：我国防腐涂料绝大部分是溶剂型涂料,而且用的树脂大部分属环氧系列产品,这类涂料固化后成刚性,耐冲击性差,如果用于混凝土防腐,需基层十分干燥(含水量≤9%)方可施工,且自身有毒,施工时污染环境。本文介绍一种新型的水性环保防腐涂料——VRA-LM水性高分子树脂防腐涂料,并从这一材料的产品特点、成膜性能、施工方式等几方面进行综合介绍。Most of the anticorrosive coatings in China are solvent-based coatings,and most of the resins used are epoxy series products.These coatings are rigid after curing and have poor impact resistance.If used for concrete corrosion,the water content of the surface need to be within 9%,what's more,these coatings can pollute the environment due to their toxic.This article introduced a new type of flexible and environmentally-friendly an-ticorrosive coating-V RA-LM water based polymer resin anticorrosive coating,including its characteristics,filmforming properties,construction methods and so on.
