摘 要:灰坝是火电厂的重要组成部分,承担存储燃煤灰渣的任务。灰坝筑坝选址时要求场内或附近有足够的筑坝材料,但对于某些火电厂,厂区附近没有合适的筑坝材料且交通条件差,采用堆石棱体或土石料填筑等传统筑坝方法,会出现购买、运输筑坝材料成本高昂等问题。针对这种情况,提出了一种土工袋灰坝技术,并针对火电厂设计了一种土工袋灰坝结构,采用有限单元法验证了土工袋技术应用于灰坝工程的可行性。研究结果表明:土工袋灰坝具有传统灰坝的优势,即施工方便、沉降变形小,同时又能节省工程投资,就地取材,使松散的材料形成整体,有效地约束袋内材料位移,显著提高灰坝的稳定性。An ash dam is an important component of thermal power plants,which is responsible for storing coal ashes.When selecting a site for ash dam,it usually requires sufficient dam construction materials in or near the site.However,for some thermal power plants,there is no suitable dam construction materials and poor traffic conditions.For this case,the cost of purchasing and transporting dam building materials will lead to higher project investment.To solve the problem of lacking rockfill materials,a new technology of constructing solibags ash dam filled with local sands is proposed.We use finite element method to verify the feasibility of the application of the soilbag to construct ash dams.The soilbags ash dam has advantages of convenient construction,small settlement deformation,less project investment,fully local material utilization.The soilbags can effectively restrain the displacement of the material in bags,making the loose material form an integrity,so it significantly improves the stability of ash dams.
