摘 要:液氨用途广泛,在制冷、热处理、水处理等方面得到较好的应用,但由于其具有毒性以及易燃、易爆等特点,环境风险需要引起足够的重视。为了解和掌握液氨贮存和使用单位的环境风险状况,本文梳理和分析了液氨在生产、运输、贮存和使用过程中的环境风险节点和特征;按照突发环境事件风险评估指南,对某市涉氨单位的环境风险等级进行计算;利用RiskSystem软件对其环境风险进行预测评估;并基于评估的结果,针对性地提出环境风险防控对策。Liquid ammonia has a wide range of applications,and is well used in refrigeration,heat treatment,water treatment,etc.But due to its characteristics of toxicrty,flammable and explosive.Environmental risk need to be paid more attention.In order to know the status about the environmental risk of liquid ammonia storage and using units,this article organizes and analyzes the environmental risk nodes and characteristics of liquid ammonia in the production,transportation,storage and using process.Calculate the environmental risk levels of one city's ammoniarelated units in accordance with the risk assessment guidelines for environmental emergencies.Predict and assess the environmental risk using the software of RiskSystem.And put forward environmental risk prevention and control countermeasures based on the risk assessment result.
