摘　　要：垃圾焚烧发电工程产生的污染因子种类较多,环境影响途径复杂,环境影响评价过程中采用的评价标准繁多,影响因素多,本文以垃圾焚烧电厂产生的污染因子为导向,构建环境污染因子与评价标准,以实现对生活垃圾焚烧电厂环评报告的评价因子构建及评价标准选取的指导作用。Plenty of pollution factors are involved in MSW incineration power plants due to complicated environmental affection paths,which results in a variety of standards applicable in environmental evaluation with plenty of factors.Pollution factors and evaluation standard table is established based on the pollution factors produced in MSW incineration power plants in this thesis,in order to accomplish direction for building of evaluation factors and selection of evaluation standards in EIA procedure.
