摘　　要：餐饮源作为重要大气污染源,为研究甘肃省餐饮源大气污染物排放特征,以2017年为基准年,建立甘肃省餐饮源大气污染物排放清单。结果表明,2017年甘肃省餐饮源PM10、PM2.5、黑碳(BC)、有机碳(OC)和挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)排放总量分别为10384.6、8307.7、168.7、5815.4和7269.2t,餐饮源污染物主要来源于农村居民餐饮油烟贡献。天水市各类污染物排放量最大,占餐饮源总排放量的比例为11.8%,主要原因为其农村人口数占比较大,农村餐饮油烟治理水平相对较低。餐饮油烟排放控制重点在于油烟净化设施普及,后续研究需针对典型餐饮污染源开展现场实测,提高排放源清单的可靠性和有效性。Catering source are an important source of air pollution.In order to study the emission of air pollutants from catering source in Gansu Province,an emission inventory of air pollutants from catering source in Gansu Province was established in 2017 as the research base year.The results showed that the total emissions of PM10,PM2.5,black carbon(BC),organic carbon(OC)and volatile organic compounds(VOCs)from catering source in Gansu Province in 2017 were 10384.6,8307.7,168.7,5815.4 and 7269.2t,respectively.Catering source pollutants mainly come from the contribution of rural residents catering lampblack.Tianshui City has the largest emissions of all kinds of pollutants,accounting for 11.8% of the total emissions of catering source.The main reason is that the number of the rural population is relatively large,and the management level of rural catering lampblack is relatively low.The key point of catering lampblack emission control is the popularization of lampblack purification facilities.The follow-up research needs to carry out on-site measurement for typical catering pollution source to improve the reliability and effectiveness of emission inventory.
