嫩江湾湿地公园旅游生态系统服务价值评估

摘　　要：发展旅游有助于促进区域经济水平的提高,但如果对自然资源不合理开发也会造成一定程度的负面影响,对生态效益的实现造成阻碍。为了直观反映嫩江湾的旅游生态系统服务价值,科学指导开发保护活动,选取调节气候、调洪蓄水、保持土壤等9项评估指标,采用影子工程法、替代成本法等对大安嫩江湾国家湿地公园旅游生态系统服务价值进行评估。结果表明,嫩江湾国家湿地公园湿地旅游生态系统服务价值总量为4.38×10^(8)元;9项评估指标价值量从大到小依次为调洪蓄水>气候调节>科研教育>社会保障>保持土壤>物质生产>气体调节>场地租赁>维护生物多样性,调洪蓄水价值量最大为3.83×10^(8)元,占总价值量的87.2%;维护生物多样性价值量最小为2.26×10^(5)元,占总价值量的0.1%。说明调洪蓄水是嫩江湾的主要功能,而维护生物多样性功能较弱,根据评估方法推测造成这种结果的原因可能是由于关于嫩江湾动植物资源的宣传不够。文章最后提出嫩江湾湿地公园在开发过程中应注意水体及植被资源的保护,同时应加大动植物资源保护的教育宣传力度,目的在于维护好占据主导地位的调洪蓄水功能同时也提升较弱的维护生物多样性功能,从而实现本研究区旅游生态系统健康永续发展。The development of tourism is conducive to the improvement of regional economic level,but the unreasonable development of natural resources will also cause some negative effects and hinder the realization of ecological benefits.In order to directly reflect the tourism ecosystem service value of Nenjiang bay and guide the development and protection activities,9 evaluation indexes,such as regulating climate,regulating flood and storing water and maintaining soil,were selected to evaluate the tourism ecosystem service value of Nenjiang bay national wetland park by adopting shadow engineering method and alternative cost method.The results show that the total value of wetland tourism ecosystem services in Nenjiang bay national wetland park is 4.38×10^(8) yuan.The value of the nine evaluation indexes from large to small is flood regulation and water storage>climate regulation,>scientific research>social security>soil>material production>gas regulation>,site leasing>biodiversity maintenance.The maximum value of flood regulation and water storage is 3.83×10^(8) yuan,accounting for 87.2% of the total value.The minimum value of biodiversity maintenance is 2.26×10^(5) yuan,accounting for 0.1% of the total value.It shows that flood diversion and water storage is the main function of Nenjiang bay,but the function of biodiversity maintenance is weak.According to the evaluation method,it is speculated that the reason for this result may be that the publicity about the animal and plant resources in Nenjiang bay is not enough.Finally proposed tender Nenjiang bay wetland park in the development process should pay attention to water resources and vegetation protection,at the same time should strengthen education of animal and plant resources protection propaganda,the purpose is to safeguard the dominant flood water storage function at the same time improve the weaker biodiversity maintenance function,so as to realize the tourism sustainable development of ecosystem health in the study area.
