摘  要:利用试验和仿真方法对摩擦离合器在输入波动转速条件下的工作状态进行研究。具体研究了输入波动转速条件下的摩擦离合器各摩擦片的Mises接触应力、输出转速和扭矩的变化规律。结果表明:摩擦离合器输入转速发生8%的随机波动时导致摩擦片接触应力的波动比输入转速发生5%和10%随机波动时的波动更大。当摩擦离合器输入转速发生10%的随机波动时,摩擦离合器输出转速的波动率为17.49%;当摩擦离合器输入转速发生8%、10%的随机波动时,输出扭矩的波动率为400%左右,输出扭矩的稳定性对输入转速的波动较为敏感。应防止摩擦离合器的输入转速发生较大波动,使其波动率小于5%。Experiments and simulation methods were used to study the working state of the friction clutch under input fluctuating speed.The changing law of Mises contact stress of each friction lining,the output speed and torque of the friction clutch under input fluctuating speed was studied in detail.The results show that 8%random fluctuation of the input speed of the friction clutch causes greater contact stress fluctuations of the friction lining compared with 5%and 10%random fluctuation of the input speed.When the friction clutch input speed fluctuates randomly by 10%,the friction clutch output speed fluctuation rate is 17.49%.When the input speed fluctuates randomly by 8%and 10%,the output torque fluctuation rate reaches about 400%,and the stability of output torque is more sensitive to the input speed fluctuations.Large input speed fluctuation of the friction clutch should be prevented and the fluctuation rate should be less than 5%.
