摘 要:通过对普通机用虎钳的结构进行详细的技术分析,找出导致装夹工件效率低的主要原因,并设计了一种以异形轴和螺纹套为核心部件的快速夹紧虎钳,把机用虎钳的工作过程分解成快速推进和夹紧两个过程,大大提高了装夹工件的效率和工作的可靠性。实践运用显示:异形轴式快速夹紧虎钳装夹工件的效率相较于普通机用虎钳提高了10~15倍,工作中的可靠性也大大提高,在同类产品中的优势明显。该虎钳对快速夹紧夹具的优化设计具有一定的参考价值。Through a detailed technical analysis of the structure of the ordinary machine vise,the main reason for the low efficiency of clamping workpieces was found,and a fast clamping vise with special-shaped shaft and threaded sleeve as the core component was designed,the working process of the vise was decomposed into two processes of rapid advancement and clamping,which greatly improves the efficiency of clamping workpieces and the reliability of work.Practical application shows that the efficiency of the special-shaped shaft type fast clamping vise for clamping woekpieces is 10~15 times higher than the ordihary machine vise,and the reliability of work is also greatly improved,it has obvious advantages in similar products.The vise has a certain reference value to promote the optimization design of fast clamping fixture.
