摘 要:准噶尔盆地南缘冲断带油气资源丰富,发育下、中、上3套油气成藏组合,中、上成藏组合(上白垩统—渐新统、中新统)已发现多个中小型油气田,但下成藏组合(下侏罗统八道湾组—下白垩统吐谷鲁群)油气勘探尚未取得重大突破。为了确认该冲断带四棵树凹陷高泉东背斜的含油气性、为下组合目标井(GT1井)的钻探提供依据,采用常规实验室培养微生物油气检测、烃氧化微生物现场快速检测、土壤吸附烃检测等微生物地球化学勘探技术预测了其含油气性,识别了该背斜油气藏的分布范围及油气性质,并且检验了最新研发的微生物现场快速检测新技术的适用性和有效性。研究结果表明:(1)微生物油气检测技术与微生物现场快速检测技术的检测结果一致,均指示高泉东背斜高部位存在着较强的轻烃微渗漏,构造低部位渗漏强度明显降低,该构造具有较好的含油气性;(2)土壤吸附烃检测技术指标评价高泉东背斜地下流体性质,其结果表现出以油为主兼有天然气的特征;(3)GT1井测试获高产油气流,与微生物地球化学勘探技术预测结果一致。结论认为,微生物地球化学勘探技术在准噶尔盆地四棵树凹陷油气勘探中具有较好的适用性,先部署微生物现场快速检测测线、发现异常后再加密微生物测网的油气勘探新模式为提高该盆地油气预测效率、降低预测成本提供了新的有效途径。There are abundant hydrocarbon resources in the thrust belt along the southern margin of the Junggar Basin,and three hydrocarbon plays are developed there,namely the upper play,the middle play and the lower play.So far,a great number of middle-and small-sized oil and gas fields have been discovered in the middle and the upper plays(Upper Cretaceous-Oligocene,and Miocene),but great breakthroughs of oil and gas exploration have not been realized in the lower play(Lower Jurassic Badaowan Formation-Lower Cretaceous Tugulu Group).In order to clarify the hydrocarbon bearing property in Gaoquan east anticline of Sikeshu Sag of this thrust belt and provide a basis for the drilling of the target well(Well GT1)in the lower play,this paper predicts its hydrocarbon bearing property by means of microbial geochemical exploration technologies,such as conventional laboratory cultured microbial hydrocarbon detection,onsite quick hydrocarbon oxidizing microbe detection and soil adsorbed hydrocarbon detection.In addition,the distribution scope and hydrocarbon bearing property of the oil and gas reservoirs in Gaoquan east anticline are investigated and the applicability and effectiveness of the newly developed on-site quick microbe detection technology is verified.And the following research results are obtained.First,the microbial hydrocarbon detection technology and the Microbial Quick Screening technology are consistent in the prediction results,which indicate that there is stronger light hydrocarbon microseepage in the high part of Gaoquan east anticline,the seepage intensity in the low part of the structure is obviously weakened and the hydrocarbon bearing property in this structure is better.Second,the properties of the subsurface fluid in Gaoquan east anticline are evaluated by using the soil adsorbed hydrocarbon detection technology,and the evaluation results indicate that it is dominated by oil with the characteristics of natural gas.Third,Well GT1 obtains a high-yield oil and gas flow during the testing,which is consistent
