摘  要:装备抢修效能评估对抢修力量建设、抢修决策等具有重要作用。针对定性指标量化存在的不确定性、随机性问题,基于不确定量化法和云模型,建立了一种装备抢修效能评估模型,并通过实例验证了模型的可行性。基于评估结果,分析了抢修能力建设存在的优缺点,并给出了加强抢修效能的方法途径,为全面提升抢修能力建设提供方法依据和技术支撑。The effectiveness evaluation of emergency repair on equipment plays an important role in repair force construction and repair decision-making.Aiming at the uncertainty and randomness of qualitative index quantification,based on the uncertainty quantification method and cloud model,an effectiveness evaluation model of emergency repair on equipment is proposed.The feasibility of the model is verified through an example.Based on the evaluation results,the advantages and disadvantages of the repair capacity building are analyzed,and the methods to strengthen the emergency repair efficiency are presented.The evaluation model provides method basis and technical support for comprehensively improving the building capacity of the emergency repair.
