摘 要:五星级酒店客房对私密性要求非常高,客房之间分户墙的隔声效果是业主和客户最关心的问题。根据五星级酒店国家规范和多家管理公司的隔声要求,通过软件模拟计算和部分墙体实测,系统地对比分析了多种类型墙体在不同结构参数条件下的隔声特性,总结得出不同墙体类型下满足隔声量要求的客房分户墙的几种做法,供酒店业主、管理公司和声学顾问参考。The guest rooms in five-star hotel have very high requirements for privacy. The sound insulation effect of partition walls between guest rooms is the most concern of owners and customers. According to the national standard of five-star hotels and the sound insulation requests of several management companies, the sound insulation characteristics of various types of walls under different structural parameters are systematically compared and analyzed through software simulation and actual measurement of some walls. Several methods of guest room partition for different types of walls according to the sound insulation requirements are summarized as a reference for hotel owners, management company and acoustic consultants.
