摘　　要：Xi Jinping Attends Second United Nations Global Sustainable Transport Conference On the evening of October 14,2021,President Xi Jinping attended the opening ceremony of the second United Nations Global Sustainable Transport Conference and delivered a keynote speech via video link.Xi put forward a five-pronged proposal:First,uphold open interplay and enhance connectivity by strengthening both hard connectivity of infrastructure and soft connectivity of institutions and rules,and by developing four-dimensional connectivity of land,sea,air,and the Internet.
