陈宝贵教授运用动物药治疗癥瘕积聚撷菁

摘　　要：癥瘕积聚可见于一身上下内外,且不限于宏观微观,西医所描述的诸如增生、结节、斑块、息肉、结石、纤维化,乃至于多种良、恶性肿瘤都与癥瘕积聚的证候有共通之处。陈宝贵教授认为动物药为血肉有情之品,多能走窜通行,攻毒祛邪,软坚散结,对癥瘕积聚具有独特的治疗作用,现以鳖甲、穿山甲、水蛭、鸡内金、鹿角为例,总结陈教授运用动物药治疗癥瘕积聚的经验。Abdominal mass can affect the whole body at both macro and micro levels.Hyperplasia,nodule,plaque,polyp,calculus,fibrosis,benign tumor,cancer all have similar symptoms with abdominal mass.Professor CHEN Baogui thinks the animal medicine is the product of flesh and blood,which can dredge the channel and resolve hard lump.Animal drugs have special therapeutic effects on abdominal mass.The article takes turtle shell,pangolin,Hirudo,chicken’s gizzard-membrane and deer antler for example,and sums up Professor CHEN’s clinical treatment experiences of using animal medicine in abdominal mass.
