摘　　要：腰椎脑脊液引流(LCSF)目前应用在神经外科中的适应证包括颅脑创伤造成的脑脊液漏、蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)、脑室出血、急性交通性脑积水、急性颅脑损伤后的脑室外脑积水或硬膜下积液、高颅压和颅内感染等。而应用LCSF的主要并发症包括继发颅内感染、过度引流、穿刺部位脑脊液漏和引流管堵塞等。本文详细介绍了LCSF应用在神经外科中的适应证和治疗原理、常见并发症及其防治措施。Currently the indications of lumbar cerebrospinal fluid drainage( LCSF) in neurosurgery include cerebrospinal fluid leakage caused by craniocerebral trauma, subarachnoid hemorrhage( SAH), intraventricular hemorrhage, acute communicating hydrocephalus, and extraventricular hydrocephalus or subdural effusion after acute traumatic brain injury,high intracranial pressure,and intracranial infection, et al. The main complications of LCSF include secondary intracranial infection,excessive drainage,cerebrospinal fluid leakage at the puncture site,and blocked drainage tubes,et al. This article describes in detail the indications and treatment principles,common complications and preventive measures of LCSF in neurosurgery.
