摘　　要：目的:分析新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间医院应用智慧药房工作模式的实践效果。方法:收集医院2020年2月-4月HIS、自动发药机、前置审方系统等相关数据进行统计、分析。结果:疫情期间,利用自动发药机调剂处方率达86.54%,可明显降低药师劳动强度;处方调剂平均耗时3.05min/张,相较传统手工调配耗时5~7min/张较明显缩短。利用前置审方系统自动预警提示和药师在线干预医师不合理处方,处方合格率较明显提高。结论:疫情期间,医院通过智慧药房模式可提高服务效率与质量,确保患者合理用药与用药安全,减少患者聚集以预防和降低交叉感染风险。Objective:To analyze practical effect of hospital intelligent pharmacy working mode during the period of COVID-19 epidemic situation.Method:The data of HIS,automatic dispensing machine,prescription pre-audit system were collected and analyzed from February to April 2020.Result:During the epidemic situation,86.54%of the prescriptions were dispensed by the automatic dispensing machine,which could significantly reduce the labor intensity of pharmacists.The average time of prescription dispensing was 3.05 min/sheet,which was significantly shorter than that of the traditional manual dispensing of 5-7 min/sheet.With the help of automatic warning prompts of prescription pre-audit system and online intervention of unreasonable prescriptions by pharmacists,the qualified rate of prescription was increased obviously.Conclusion:During the epidemic situation,intelligent pharmacy improves the service efficiency and quality,ensures rational and safe drug use,reduces patients’aggregation to prevent and reduce the risk of cross-infection.
