摘  要:目的:比较不同切制方式与干燥方法对大黄药材质量的影响,探讨适宜于白玉县的栽培大黄产地加工方法。方法:以药材外观性状、内在化学成分中的5个蒽醌及对应的结合蒽醌、2个二蒽酮及2个鞣质含量为评价指标,以加工耗时为参考,对比分析传统切制方式与鲜切片,阴干法、晒干法和烘干法(45℃、60℃、75℃)之间的差异。结果:不同切制方式和干燥方法造成了药材外观性状和有效成分含量差异明显。结论:采用传统切制方式进行晒干所得大黄外观性状优,有效成分含量高,但耗时较长。鲜切片45℃烘干与传统切制60℃烘干大黄药材外观性状较优,有效成分保留较好,为白玉县栽培大黄产地加工提供科学依据。Objective:To compare the effects of different cutting methods and drying methods on the quality of Dahuang,and to explore the suitable processing technology of Dahuang in the producing area of Baiyu County.Method:The appearance properties of medicinal materials,5 anthraquinones and corresponding combined anthraquinones,2 dianthrones and 2 tannins content in the internal chemical components of the medicinal materials were used as evaluation indicators and processing time was taken as a reference.The differences between the traditional cutting method and the fresh slice method,the air-dried method,the sun-drying method and oven drying method(45℃,60℃,75℃)were compared and analyzed.Result:Different cutting methods and drying methods resulted in differences in the appearance of medicinal materials and content of effective ingredients.Conclusion:Dahuang obtained by traditional cutting method and sun-dried has a good appearance and high content of active ingredients,but it takes a long time.Fresh slices dried at 45℃and traditional cut dried at 60℃have better external properties,with better retention of active ingredients,which provides scientific basis for processing of cultivated Dahuang in Baiyu County.
