摘　　要：桑椹是药食同源中药材,地域分布广泛,资源丰富。桑椹多糖是桑椹重要的药理活性成分,已报道的药理活性多样,包括调节血糖、抗氧化、调节肠道菌群、调节免疫及抗癌等。本文就桑椹多糖的提取及分离,药理作用等方面展开综述,以期为桑椹多糖的物理化学性质及药理活性机制研究,综合开发及应用提供科学依据。Mori Fructus is a kind of Chinese medicinal materials,also used as food,which is widely distributed and rich in resources.Mulberry polysaccharide is one of the most important components in Mori Fructus,and its reported pharmacological activities include regulating blood glucose,anti-oxidation,regulating intestinal flora,regulating immunity and anti-cancer,etc.In this paper,the extraction,isolation and pharmacological action of mulberry polysaccharide are reviewed to provide a scientific basis for the research of its physical and chemical properties and pharmacological activity mechanism,comprehensive development and application.
