摘　　要：被动大陆边缘盆地具备良好的石油地质条件,富含油气资源,是全球深海领域油气资源储量的主要贡献区。全球现今的被动大陆边缘分布广泛,形成时代晚,地质条件保存较好,随着勘探理论及工程技术的进步,勘探前景被广泛看好。古老的被动大陆边缘形成时代早,后期因遭受强烈改造导致油气资源丧失。基于板块理论学说,阐述了被动大陆边缘的构造-沉积特征,剖析了被动大陆边缘盆地的勘探发现,总结了古老被动大陆边缘改造后的基本地质特征及研究进展,梳理了古老被动大陆边缘的后期改造类型及实例。通过对塔里木盆地西南部古生代古老被动大陆边缘油气资源潜力的分析,建议加强塔里木盆地西南部深部地质结构研究,进一步明确并细化区内被动大陆边缘的构造-沉积演化过程,对古生代古老被动大陆边缘后期改造过程进行深入研究。Passive continental margin basins have good petroleum geological conditions with abundant oil and gas resources,and they have become the main contribution area of oil and gas reserves in the global deep sea area.Nowadays,the passive continental margins are widely distributed with late formative times and good geological preservation conditions.Based on the advance of exploration theory and engineering technology,the exploration prospect is widely viewed as promising.The ancient passive continental margin was formed early,and it is easy to suffer strong transformation in the later stage,resulting in the loss of oil and gas resources.Based on plate theory,this paper expounds the tectonic-sedimentary characteristics of the passive continental margin,analyzes the exploration findings of the passive continental margin basins,summarizes the basic geological characteristics and research progress of the ancient passive continental margin after reconstruction,sorts out the later reconstruction types and examples of the ancient passive continental margin,analyzes the oil and gas resource potential of the Paleozoic ancient passive continental margin in the southwestern Tarim Basin.It is suggested to strengthen the research on the deep geological structure of the southwestern Tarim Basin,further clarify and refine the tectonic-sedimentary evolution process of the passive continental margin in the area,and deepen the research on the later reconstruction process of the Paleozoic ancient passive continental margin.
