摘  要:近年来高温高压气藏开发的越来越多,当各层套管存在自由段套管时,高温高压气藏高产井生产时会导致井口装置抬升问题,破坏气井完整性,并可导致地面流程泄漏,直接影响气井安全生产甚至威胁人居环境安全。研究可知,井口装置抬升高度与井口温度呈线性正相关,采取降低产量的方式降低井口温度,可以控制井口装置抬升的高度,但制约了单井产能的发挥。为防止井口装置抬升,通过大量的现场数据建立井口装置抬升预测模型,探索了利用井下节流工艺实现天然气气流在井筒内节流降温防止井口装置抬升技术,为保障气井安全高效生产提供了技术途径。In recent years,more and more high-temperature and high-pressure gas reservoirs are developed.When there is a free section casing in each layer of casing,the production of high-pressure and high-temperature gas reservoir with high-yield wells will lead to the lifting of wellhead equipment,damage the integrity of gas wells,and lead to surface process leakage,which will directly affect the safe production of gas wells and threaten the safety of human settlements.The research shows that there is a linear positive correlation between the lifting height of wellhead equipment and wellhead temperature.Reducing wellhead temperature by reducing production can control the lifting height of wellhead equipment,but limit the production capacity of single wells.Based on a large number of field data,the wellhead lifting prediction model is established,and the downhole throttling technology is explored to realize the throttling and cooling of natural gas flow in the wellbore and prevent the wellhead lifting.The field application effect is good,which ensures the safe and efficient production of gas wells.
