摘  要:准确预测页岩气水平井井筒流动型态对井筒积液预测及排水采气工艺优选至关重要。分析了黄202H页岩气井套管生产和油管生产阶段的压裂液返排特征;结合气井压力数据,优选出了适合该井的井筒压力计算模型,预测了不同产气量时不同深度的气液表观流速特征;利用垂流型图版研究了该井套管生产阶段和油管生产阶段时垂直段、倾斜段和水平段的流型变化规律。结果表明:在6种压力计算模型中,Mukherjee-Brill压力计算模型计算的压力误差最小,平均绝对误差为2.39%;黄202H页岩气井油管生产阶段,气井在倾斜段首先出现积液,排水采气工艺重点应在倾斜段解决气井积液问题;套管生产改为油管生产后,增大了井筒中气相流速,有利于积液排出。The accurate prediction of wellbore flow pattern in shale gas horizontal wells is very important for prediction of fluid accumulation and optimization of drainage and gas production process.The characteristics of fracturing fluid flow-back in the casing production and tubing production stages of well Huang 202H are analyzed in this paper.Combined with gas well pressure data the logging pressure data,the wellbore pressure model suitable for well Huang 202H is optimized,and the gas-liquid apparent velocity characteristics at different depths with different gas production are predicted.With the help of vertical flow pattern chart,the flow pattern changes of vertical section,inclined section and horizontal section in the casing production stage and tubing production stage of the well are studied.The results show that:among the six calculation models,Mukherjee Brill pressure calculation model has the smallest pressure error,with an average absolute error of 2.39%;in the tubing production stage of Huang 202H shale gas well,the gas well first has effusion in the inclined section,and the drainage and gas production process should focus on the inclined section to solve the gas well effusion;after the casing production is changed to tubing production,the gas phase flow rate in the wellbore is increased,which is conducive to the backflow discharge of effusion.
