摘 要:为解决玉米秸秆加工过程中,由于锤片安装角度不合理导致秸秆断裂所需能耗较多,从而使得揉碎机整体作业能量消耗较高的问题。以玉米秸秆为研究对象,通过建立玉米-秸秆冲击模型,理论分析玉米秸秆冲击断裂力的影响因素;应用秸秆冲击断裂特性试验机,进行不同冲击角度及茎节高度条件下玉米秸秆断裂能耗单因素试验与正交试验,分析冲击角度变化对断裂过程能量消耗的影响规律,分析不同茎节在变化冲击角度下冲击断裂所需能量。试验结果表明:玉米秸秆与冲击切线夹角为-3°~6°时,玉米秸秆断裂过程能量消耗较少;夹角为6°时,冲击断裂能量消耗最少;随玉米秸秆节数升高,冲击断裂能量消耗一次线性增加;玉米秸秆断裂能量消耗模型为Y(冲断秸秆消耗能量)=10.9476-0.0031 A(冲击角度)-1.256 B(秸秆茎节数)。本研究为揉碎机锤片安装角度的设计及优化提供了参考依据。In order to solve the problem of more energy consumption in the whole operation of the crusher,due to the unreasonable installation angle of hammer in the process of corn straw processing.In this paper,corn straw was taken as the research object,to establish the impact model of corn straw,and to analysis the influencing factors of impact fracture force of corn straw.The experiment of energy consumption of corn straw fracture with different impact angle and stem node height was carried out by using straw impact fracture characteristic testing machine.To analysis the influence of impact angle on energy consumption in fracture process,and to analysis the energy required for impact fracture of different stem nodes under different impact angles.The results show that the energy consumption of corn straw fracture process is less when the angle between corn straw and impact hammer is-3°to 6°.When the impact angle is 6°,the energy consumption of impact fracture is the minimum.The energy consumption of impact fracture increased linearly with the increase of stalk node.The energy consumption model of corn straw fracture is Y(energy consumption of straw fracture)=10.9476-0.0031 A(impact angle)-1.256 B(number of straw nodes).This study can provide a basis for the design of the installation angle of the hammer.
