摘 要:针对属性间存在关联的直觉正态模糊多属性决策问题,考虑到决策者参照依赖和损失规避的有限理性行为,提出直觉正态模糊TODIM方法.依据经典TODIM法的思想和直觉正态模糊数的距离测度,计算每个属性下各方案相对于其它方案的收益-损失值;考虑到属性间的关联性,利用λ模糊测度和Choquet积分思想,得到每个方案相对于其它方案的总体感知优势度.在此基础上,计算各方案的综合感知优势度,进而利用规范化后的综合感知优势度,对各方案进行排序。最后,通过算例说明所提方法的有效性和可行性.Aiming at the problem of intuitionistic normal fuzzy multiple attribute decision making in which there are associations between attributes,and in view of the bounded rational behavior of decision-makers with reference to dependence and loss avoidance,the intuitionistic normal fuzzy TODIM method was proposed.According to the idea of the classical TODIM method and the distance measure of the intuitionistic fuzzy numbers,the income and loss values of each scheme under each attribute relative to the others were calculated.Considering the correlation between the attributes,the total perceived dominance degree of each scheme relative to other scheme under all attributes was obtained by using theλfuzzy measure and the Choquet integral idea.On this basis,the comprehensive perceived dominance degree of each scheme was calculated,and the standardized comprehensive perceived dominance degrees were used to rank the results of all schemes.Finally,an example was given to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
