复方半枝莲胶囊治疗颈淋巴结炎的效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:评估复方半枝莲胶囊治疗颈淋巴结炎的效果及其安全性。方法:选取本院2019年8月-2021年3月本院收治的160例颈淋巴结炎患者,采取抛硬币法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组80例。对照组采用头孢地尼治疗,观察组采用复方半枝莲胶囊治疗。比较两组疗效及不良反应发生情况,比较两组治疗前后的淋巴结大小、VAS评分、白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞水平。结果:治疗前,两组淋巴结横径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组淋巴结横径小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方半枝莲胶囊可减轻淋巴结肿胀,降低疼痛评分,改善白细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞水平,降低不良反应发生率,疗效较好,安全可靠。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Compound Banzhilian Capsule in the treatment of cervical lymphadenitis.Method:A total of 160 patients with cervical lymphadenitis admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to March 2021 were selected,they were divided into observation group and control group according to coin flipping method,80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cefdinir,and the observation group was treated with Compound Banzhilian Capsule.The efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups,and the lymph node size,VAS scores,white blood cell,neutrophil and lymphocyte levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in transverse diameter of lymph nodes between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,transverse diameter of lymph nodes in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 81.25% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in white blood cells,neutrophils and lymphocytes between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,white blood cells,neutrophils and lymphocytes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Banzhilian Capsule can reduce lymph node swelling,reduce pain scores,improve the levels of white blood cell,lymphocyte and neutrophil,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,with good efficacy,safety and reliability.
