乙肝病毒载量与乙型肝炎患者肝功能转氨酶谱及肝弹性的相关性

摘　　要：目的:分析乙肝病毒载量与乙型肝炎患者肝功能转氨酶谱及肝弹性的相关性。方法:选取2017年9月-2020年9月本院收治的66例乙型肝炎患者为研究对象。检测HBV-DNA的含量,血清单胺氧化酶(MAO)的含量、透明质酸(HA)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的含量及肝弹性值,计算AST/ALT的比值。比较不同乙肝病毒载量患者肝功能转氨酶谱、肝弹性,分析病毒载量与乙型肝炎患者肝功能转氨酶谱及肝弹性的相关性。结果:随着HBV-DNA病毒载量的增加,病理分期越来越重(P<0.05)。随着HBV-DNA病毒载量的增加,MAO、HA、AST、ALT、AST/ALT逐渐增加,肝弹性值逐渐降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HBV-DNA病毒载量与MAO、HA、ALT、AST、AST/ALT均呈正相关(P<0.05),与肝弹性值呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:随着乙肝病毒载量增加,肝实质受损加重,肝弹性不断增加。乙肝病毒载量对乙型肝炎患者肝功能转氨酶谱和肝弹性的影响不同,为乙肝抗病毒治疗提供了依据。Objective:To analyze the correlation between hepatitis B viral load and liver function transaminase spectrum and liver elasticity in hepatitis B patients.Method:A total of 66 patients with hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2020 were selected as the study subjects.The contents of HBV-DNA,serum amine oxidase(MAO),hyaluronic acid(HA),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and liver elasticity were detected,the ratio of AST/ALT was calculated.The liver function transaminase spectrum and liver elasticity of patients with different viral loads were compared,the correlation between viral load and liver function transaminase spectrum and liver elasticity of patients with hepatitis B were analyzed.Result:With the increase of HBV-DNA viral load,the pathological stage became more and more serious(P<0.05).With the increase of HBV-DNA viral load,MAO,HA,AST,ALT and AST/ALT increased gradually,ALT and liver elasticity decreased gradually,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).HBV-DNA viral load was positively correlated with MAO,HA,ALT,AST and AST/ALT(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with liver elasticity(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the increase of hepatitis B virus load,liver parenchymal damage is aggravated,and liver elasticity continues to increase.Hepatitis B viral load has different effects on liver function transaminase spectrum and liver elasticity in patients with hepatitis B,which provides a basis for hepatitis B antiviral treatment.
